ESCORTED TOURS

Discovering America by coach is one of the best ways of seeing this incredibly and vast country and from our selection of tours and operators there will be a tour to suit everyone's choice and budget. On our escorted tours, your tour will be conducted by an experienced guide who will travel with you from the beginning to end of your tour (escorts may not travel on transcontinental flights). They will help with the checking in and out of hotels, and will introduce you to all the interesting points along your route.

Meal Inclusive Tours

Some of our escorted tours include meals. These tours are clearly marked and indicate which meals are included each day. Breakfast and dinner will generally be at your hotel, lunches will be at a convenient en-route stop.

Land Only

None of the tour prices listed include International or Domestic airfares to the starting point of the tour or from the ending point of the tour. The "Coast to Coast Discover" tour involves some form of internal flight within America. In such a case, the domestic air portion may be purchased from us as a separate item (see Flight Information on the Main America Menu or contact us  HERE for further information).

Transfers

Some of our tours include return transfers from your arrival airport to your hotel. These transfers will usually be by private car, mini-bus or scheduled airport coach services. Otherwise the transfer should be done independently.

Luggage

Due to space limitations on board tour coaches, baggage allowance is limited to one suitcase per person plus one carry on bag. Please note that this is a different allowance to your transatlantic flights. Baggage handling for one suitcase per person is included in your tour price.

Multi - Lingual Tours

All escorted tours are conducted in English, some may also be operated in another language (e.g. English & German, English & Spanish.) Some tours do also have special "English only" departures, where English is the only language used. The dates that this applies to will be clearly shown in the price panel for each tour.
